Acknowledgement of Risk
The Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance policies provide cover for members of clubs affiliated with Bushwalking Australia through their state peak bushwalking body. All temporary members (sometimes referred to as visitors) are required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form prior to participating in an activity.
All club members are also required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk at least once each year, usually at the time of renewing their membership.
